General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Online Ticket Sale
Please pay attention to the following general terms and conditions of business, they regulate the legal relations between you and Waldfrieden.
1. scope of application
Waldfrieden operates an online ticketing system.
The sale of tickets for the events offered by Waldfrieden on the Internet is exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions of Business for online registration apply when ordering online tickets.
They are accepted by the customer with his order.
2. business conditions for events
When visiting the event, separate terms and conditions apply regularly.
3. conclusion of contract
With the purchase of tickets, a contract is concluded between the end customer and Waldfrieden regarding the handling of this ticket purchase.
Waldfrieden provides the end customer with the delivery of the tickets purchased by him/her, via e-mail and PDF dispatch.
The customer will then receive an e-mail confirming the order and the final price. The contract is concluded by the email order confirmation sent by Waldfrieden to the customer.
It is not possible to exchange or refund the tickets purchased.
4. ticket prices and handling fees
The end customer confirms the ticket end prices and shipping or handling fees listed in the online booking process.
These prices and fees are shown as part of an e-mail compilation of all the tickets you require.
The fees indicated in this way before conclusion of the contract are part of the contract between the end customer and Waldfrieden.
5. payment
The payment of the tickets is done by bank transfer or PayPal.
6. delivery
The tickets ordered will be delivered by e-mail and PDF.
The customer is liable for the accidental, unintentional destruction of the tickets.
A delayed receipt of tickets sent by the customer through no fault of his own is equivalent to the accidental loss of the tickets.
The customer is obliged to check the correctness and completeness (in particular event, date, time, price and number) of the tickets immediately after delivery and to make complaints to Waldfrieden in writing (also by e-mail) without delay.
7. warranty claims
Warranty claims regarding the provision of the services mediated by Waldfrieden exist only against this organizer.
In particular, Waldfrieden is not liable for the actual execution of the event or for the reimbursement of ticket prices paid in case of cancelled or postponed events. Waldfrieden is also not liable for any damages resulting from this.
8. redemption
In the event of a postponement or cancellation of an event, all claims of the ticket buyers are to be asserted directly against the organizer.
9. receivables settlement
In the event of insolvency of the organizer, there is no claim for compensation against Waldfrieden.
10. right of withdrawal and return
The customer’s right of revocation and return is excluded.
Each order of tickets is thus binding immediately after confirmation by Waldfrieden and obligates to accept and pay for the tickets ordered within the next 7 days.
11. exchange
An exchange or return of tickets is excluded. Exceptions see 8.
12. Data protection
The personal data necessary for the processing of orders will be stored in compliance with the data protection regulations.
The customer hereby expressly declares his agreement.
13. place of performance
The place of performance for all claims arising from the contract and the place of jurisdiction is Minden-Lübbecke.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
