Tickets
The e-ticket (electronic ticket) will be sent after payment as a PDF file to the mail address you specified when ordering. Depending on the payment method, the shipment may take a few days. The tickets must be paid within one week, otherwise the order will be cancelled by us. If you have not received your ticket despite payment, please write us a mail to ticket@wald-frieden.de.

Shop
The dispatch of all articles from our store always takes place only after receipt of payment. We will get your order on its way as soon as possible. 

The shipping costs for deliveries abroad are 10 € for all items. All prices incl. VAT. 

The costs for a delivery within Germany are depending on the ordered product between 3.00 € to max. 6.00 € and will be displayed in the course of the ordering process in the shopping cart. The shipping time within Germany is usually 2-6 business days.
